Questions about getting access

Do I need to create an account before I buy?

No. You pay first. Your account is created for you and we email you a link to choose your password.

The email has not arrived. What now?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, go to the Create account page and ask for a new link using the email you paid with.

I already have an account. How do I sign in?

Use Student sign-in at the bottom of any page. Anything else you buy is added to the same account.

Can I buy for my whole team?

Group training is scoped and quoted per organization. Use the group training page and Robin will come back to you directly.
